Did you get asked to bring something to Thanksgiving this year? Impress the crowd with this Hot Feta Artichoke Dip from Kraft. It is amped up on flavor thanks to the addition of crumbled Feta. And it’s a cinch to put together, too. (You don’t have to tell them that!) While it’s not low in calories, if you serve it with celery sticks, endive leaves or red bell pepper strips, you almost reverse them out, right? And by the way, don’t count on any leftovers.
Ingredients
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. pkg. Feta cheese, crumbled (approximately 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Crackers for serving
Step 1 – Mix ingredients
Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Mix all ingredients except crackers in a large bowl.
Step 2 – Bake and serve
Spoon mixture into a shallow baking dish or 9 inch pie plate. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with your favorite crackers. Also good with pita chips, our Crunchy Baked Tortilla Chips, bagel thins, and crostini.

This sounds so good! I love to read these recipes. One day I will try them all. Keep up the good work. Do you have any really good crock pot recipes you can post?
Thank and Happy Thanksgiving!
Debbie
HI Debbie– Yep, we sure do. We were waiting for the weather to cool down a bit, but that’s on our list for Dec and Jan. Stay tuned! Heidi
